Quick pain in back
I have been having mild chest pain randomly all across my front chest and my ribs area since last 6 months. Today morning, i felt a pinch kind of pain for less than a second in my left upper back where my heart is . What could it be ? It just happened for a micro second . A nerve issue ?

Yes... Nerve Pain. These pinch pains lasting for a few seconds need not be worried about. If Pains occur repeatedly, investigations will be needed

You are 34 years old and you have chest pain. I think this is sufficient to force you to have a thorough examination by a General Physician. He will examine you, ask for some investigations, start a treatment. After that regular follow up is required. At that stage you may go for online consultation. But one thorough examination is a must at your age.
