I took ipill on 9th August 10 pm and again i had unprotected sex on 11th August and my last period ended on 7th August do i have to take another ipill?

No. You don't have to take another i pill.
Your last period ended on 7 August. It is safe to presume that you should have started your periods on 3 or 4 August. Your ovulation date would be 17 or 18 August. You had sex on 9 and 11 August. Both these days were in the safe zone.
