Question about recent weight gain
I recently put on 20 kgs in a span of 3-4
months. No change in my diet but I've always been working night shifts, it may finally have taken a toll. I also have digestive problems and frequent urination. Self diagnosis on google is scary. I also tried to donate blood recently but was rejected due to low blood pressure which had never been an issue before. I'm concerned as I haven't had any such symptoms. I'm looking for an ans. I will get an entire health checkup done as well.
