Ive been told i have iron deficiency and vitamin b12 deficiency anaemia and wanted to know if symptoms and long term problems are wose as there are two reasons as to why im very anaemic

Dear , anemia is disease and symptoms of many other hidden diseaes , so getting evaluation of anaemia and continued treatment is very important ,Otherwise lots of more problems wl get , it wl lead to secondary problem on other systems cardiac ( heart ) , many others ..So take proper treatment of it so that it wl not worsen further Health problem
iron deficiency and b12 deficiency not only cause low haemoglobin but also affect other parts of body in long term like skin hair nails bones,etc. you can easily prevent it bu taking iron and b12 suppliments.
