I have recently done annual check up where the result show vitamin d is 8 and vitamin b12 is 188. I need to worry or its common problem and medication needs to be started

you are definitely deficient in Vit D and b12 too... you need to visit a doc to get a prescription. it's quite common to have it d deficiency. and b12 def id common in vegetarians
