QUERY REGARDING GASTRITIS
Is it true that gastritis causes malabsorption of vitamins and causes nutritional and vitamin deficiencies. My nails have totally been discolored as you can see in images. Is this a cause of gastritis ? See the lines on my nails.

MILD GASTRITIS apparent in Report.
Check CBC, IRON STUDIES, LFT to rule out anemia etc apparent in pic.
GASTRITIS is sometimes associated with vit b12 deficiencies but this is rare. No other deficiencies associated.
