Hi, I'm having signs of early cavities but I have no pain or sensitivity so I want to take good care for my oral health for future. Can you please suggest any toothpaste and mouth wash which helps in fighting the cavities and it's prevention. Also any advise regarding oral health.
Thank you

Visit a dentist and go for fluoride application and early restoration of cavities..Colgate 12 hour protection and clohex mouth wash twice..do not go for mouthwash immediately after brushing teeth..mouthwash is recommended between the meals.xylitol chewing gum after meal is helpful in preventing cavities.
Consider professional treatments such as fluoride applications or dental sealants if necessary.
To improve oral health-
-Brush your teeth twice daily with a fluoride containing toothpaste and floss daily.
-Limit sugary and acidic foods.
-Avoid frequent snacking between meals.
-Schedule regular dental check-ups even if you don’t have any pain or discomfort as prevention is always better than cure.
Next Steps
Consult a dentist to monitor the progress of decay.

Hi,
I suggest to get a clinical evaluation to prevent the cavities from deepening. A regular dental visit every 6 months to a year must be done to maintain a good dental health.
