Query regarding biopsy
Pt. is 59yr old and have pancreatic cancer detected last year. Underwent whipple surgery and following that chemotherapy ( capecitabine & gemcitabine) and now the cancer got spread to lungs & liver metastasis. Shall we go for liver biopsy or liquid biopsy. Please recommend which will be suitable.

Sorry for the patient but in pancreatic cancer risk of developing stage 4 cancer is high even after taking chemotherapy .
