Query forvadditional protein supplement.
Few hours ago I posted the same question but I forgot to add some points. Some of you have answered. Thanks for that. Here is the new question : ◾️ Ensure or Protinex which one is better as 'additional protein supplement' for a 'non diabetic' elderly woman ? ◾️ Asking this for my 66 year old mother who is already taking neurokind plus tablet, vitamin D tablet and natural protein supplements like milk, chhena, grams, sprouts etc. Since she is a vegetarian, animal protein is not an option. 🔸If you wish to answer, please be specific and suggest between one of the two additional protein options mentioned above. PS- My mother is physically very active and energetic.

You can take either of them. Both have similar compositions as far as Proteins, Carbohydrates,  the only difference is that Proteinex Diabetes Care doesn't have refined sugar. Otherwise both have similar Carbohydrates content . Even the cost of the two is similar.
