Sir my father has oral cancer The doctors says that it cannot be operated because he has liver fat .is this true that oral cancer cannot be operated if the patient has liver fat?

Fat in the liver or fatty liver is not really a dangerous condition. You may need to take second opinion from another cancer surgeon
