Hi , if me and my child are having mild fever can we isolate in the same room. I was having fever earlier, now i am ok but he developed fever yesterday. Please suggest.

Since you already had infection, the possibility of getting it again from your child is quite low as you might have developed antibodies to infection. So you can stay with your child if not possible to stay separately.
Next Steps
Even if you stay in same room you can wear w a N 95 mask as well use hand sanitizer. Avoid touching nose with hands
