Puss filled bump on upper lips

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have a lot of puss filled bumps all over my upper lips that just get bigger and bigger even after I pop them. They don't look like a cold sore or an old pimple but some have black heads. They never go away and I've had them for 2 yrs now how should I get rid of them permanently
