According to your report you are suffering from nephrolithiasis in the right kidney
Means stone in the right kidney.
Next Steps
You treatment as follow as
syp Renalka 2 time per day for 1 month for Stone in the right kidney.
You should increase the water intake 4-5 litre water per day
and don't take tomato , brinjal and other small seed containing vegetable.
