Pulse rate high about 100 BPM. Not reducing. Observed high pulse rate for over six months. Need to know the cause, effect and medication if needed to reduce pulse rate to normal

Please get your ECG Blood CBC, Blood Thyroid profile  done . With all the reports you should consult a General Physician on Practo or a General Physician in your area who can examine him and find a cause for high pulse rate.

100 is upper limit of normal. Nothing to worry.. worry you get tensed and look for it, higher likelihood that your pulse rate might increase due to anxiety. If you still want to get evaluated, go ahead with ecg.

Normal pulse rate is 60 to 100 per minute.
