Hello, I've had a lump on my top inner lip somewhat close to my actual lip in the right somewhat corner, however the lump is soft and is vividly pulsating. It's been there for about 5 / 6 days now. It's somewhat scaring me because of how it's pulsating. When I flip my upper lip to look beneath it you can see white vein lines which I'm assuming in the artery. The lump is somewhat sore but not severe just minor, when it's pushed it doesn't hurt, you can however feel lines inside of it.

Hi.. For what u are explaining, it might be a traumatic ulcer or mucocele. It happens when u tend to continuously chew on the lip. Please visit a dentist and get it examined. If it is a simple mucocele, it can be easily removed either surgically or with lasers
Next Steps
Visit the dentist
Health Tips
Ask for laser removal of the lump.. It bloodless and painless..
