I am experiencing severe pulsating headache in my head since about 10 years now. They come and go once in a while, sometimes within a week or two. It becomes impossible to carry out daily activities with such severe pain. My eyes area also starts paining and I have to literally pound my first on my head to get relief because any medicine, balm or normal massage does not ease any pain.
I feel like something in pulsing inside like a heart pumps.
I am assuming it to be a migraine since a long time but I am afraid, of there is anything else. Please help me .

There is storng possibility that the symptoms ur describing can be migraine but we have to rule or few things before moving to this diagnosis
For this you need to book appointment with a neurologist
He/she might advise ur MRI brain to rule out other things
Don't be panic
U can use over the counter pain killer for the pain and rest until u show it to specialist
