Pulled rhomboid muscle
I have pulled my muscle and it is paining continuously.. I have taken pain killers and hot compress as well.. It is not even getting better.. Its been 5 days now.. Please tell me what to do? Who should I visit?

How are you sure that it is rhomboid pull It can be a cardiac problem Please consult your doctor and go ECG and ECHO immediately

In presence of cardiac disorder it is unwise to take pain killers. Any pulled muscle needs rest to heal because there are micro years of the muscle fibres. Acute Spain needs cold compress instead of hot compress. You can take some muscle relaxants and low dose pain killers but putting the muscle into rest is an important manoeuvre
