I have a psychosis. 1st doctor provided me amisulpride 50 mg. But it's not working. Is power of amisulpride is low for psychosis. Again i visited another doctor. He gave me risperidone 2 mg. Risperidone is good working. But when i take both together then both medicine is working better as compared to single. Now i am taking both together. Can i take both together.

Hi
Thanks for seeking help here.
The concept here if u r having psychosis then the treatment is adequate dose of antipsychotic.
Risperiodone 2 mg nearly equal to amisulpride 200 mg
So think why that failed.
Combination also helps but not necessary.
If want full desire effects then use 4 mg resiperidon.
Next Steps
Get well soon.
Regards Practo.
