I start it from the beginning. 1) can't talk (introvert), 2)was once sexually assaulted not shared it with the family. The incident was happened during school time. Can't get over it. It haunts badly, 4) Break up. 5)no Friends to whom I can share any kind of memories. 6) anger issues. 7) don't talk to family for any of the reasons, and if talk it becomes an argument and then again no talk. 8) mood swings too much. Can't get over it. 9)no family life. 10) no personal life too. I hope this information is sufficient for the doctor to get me free from this. Waiting for a positive response !

Hi, this information might be sufficient but one response can't help you overcome this. Your problem requires few counseling sessions and talking about your problems/ fear/ past experiences in detail to process and overcome it. Most of your current problem seems to be arising from your past negative experience. we need to work on that. i advise you to consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling. trust me you will benefit a lot. all the best more power to you

Hello dear The above mentioned symptoms indicate a lot of emotional issues along with personality issues which are inhibiting you from coming out of this situation. Try consulting a clinical psychologist for proper management of the symptoms.

Dear, Your life has been a roller-coaster of emotional turmoil and traumatic experiences. All such turbulence are bound to lead you towards mental instability.. As you have mentioned, you have been a victim of sexual assault in early age of life which may have impacted you deeply. Hence, you aggression and mood swings.

The trauma that you have gone through is tremendous for anyone who has experienced all this  And you are bound to feel what you are feeling. Kindly consult a Clinical Psychologist in order to cope with this traumatic life event. You might be experiencing Depression but a detailed psychological evaluation is needed. Post which the therapy sessions will begin.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
