What do u do my dear girl? !!! I think u r either over exhausted or thinking low in comparison with others , it could be with your friends or cousins or even on yourself. Please consult a counsellor and come of this problem soon. Rake care.

Hello .... You can consult psychiatrist for counselling , but it's not that serious problem and no medicines are required in this case , with meditation ,yoga , breathing exercises you can calm yourself, going deep into your self and try to know the cause , just pause your mind at that moment of time , later you will not feel bad ,
