I find it difficult to live in present, OCD thoughts are always ON it's like living with devil in my head whole day. I can't do particular thing i love. Feelings like someone close to me would suffer or lost If i do that particular job. how to cope up with these thoughts and I've compulsion of undoing the obsession thought in the way it has incurred i need to undo the thought as it came first in same pattern or else I'll go crazy with the extreme anxiety. Please Help
