likely not isolated hip injury. There is an associated nerve impingement also due to which the pain is radiating to leg and below. This has a muscle spasm in low back due to the impact of the fall. Tab Etoshine MR twice a day, Tab Gabapin NT once before you sleep and tab Pan 40 before breakfast should suffice. Hot packs for fomentation along with electrotherapy in form of Intereferential therapy would accelerate relief pattern. Will take some time. Maybe about 6 weeks.
