Fell from bike. Injured knee. Your help.

Last Sunday,my mother fell from bike and injured her knee and hand.The injury didn't seem big and we took her to a doctor forTT injection and preliminary dressings on the wounds.On the same night her knee swelled a lot with black spots on her knee skin.Next day we took her to a doctor who gave her pain killers and advised complete rest and asked to come after4 days.The swelling only increased and so did her pain.Also the black spots spread to lower part of legs below the knee.The entire leg got swollen right upto the ankle.We went a day ahead of what the doctor advised us. Doctor recommended a spinal x-ray.The results came today and i have enclosed the photograph of the report. we are going to show these reports to the doctor. I need an alternate advice on this. Request your help.
