I have low grade tenis elbow issue in my two of hands and triceps tendons hurts while working out. Doctor said no for surgery and advised for rest so that it would heal itself.
So I want to know is PRP therapy will be helpful in healing it faster as I need to go back to sports soon. And how much it would cost! I can travel anywhere to get this job done.

You should try conservative therapy with activity modification, forearm counterforce brace, pain killers first.
Next Steps
If there is inadequate relief, you can try other invasive options like PRP, steroid injection or dry needling.
Any orthopedic surgeon should be able to help you with it.
Best of luck.
