I wanted to know you said ankylosis of the elbow means bony fusion and elbow is stuck in one position.  If this is right sorry to dishearten it is a challenging problem to treat for an orthopaedic surgeon. PRP injection may help to minimal extent . But some shoulder orthopaedician should examine you thoroughly ,your functional demands before suggesting you any surgical treatment at your age in the form of excisional arthroplasty or osteotomy
