PRP in Alopecia Areata
Hello Doctor, I was diagnosed with Alopecia Areata about 3 months back. Currently, I am using a topical steroid - Topsor and taking supplements - Vit D, B12, Biotin, Calcium and Iron. I consulted another doctor, she suggested PRP and meso therapy for AA. Should I consider it? Can I take PRP in Alopecia Areata? I am attaching a photo of my bald path. Thank you
