Protruding mouth and narrow cheeks
Hello ,Dr . My upper teeth is not bad ,not that much,and downward the front three ,incisor is crooked besides that no other prob.but my lips are thick and cheeks narrow ,so it makes me look.ugly or atleast I.think like that,and from side it feels like its protruding ,and I.would like to fix it by orthodontic ,style ,or will my lips fall and protrude more if I fix it ,help.I want to push all my teeth inside .

You should consult a good orthodontist and they will guide you as to how much change can be expected from ortho treatment. They will need to analyse your occlusion and later you can also incorporate smile design in the treatment

You are clear in your questions and thought. I like that in patients. Good. Now to provide you guidance I need to see some pictures, and some Xrays. Then only can proper guidance be given. So get 2 Xrays done - 1. OPG 2. Lateral Cephalogram. Post these 2 Xrays along with photographs with you smiling both in front view as well as profile.
