Hello, currently I'm on weight loss program. My current weight is 85 kg and target is 75 kg. I want to lose my fat, not muscles. Could you please let me know what should be my daily protein intake ?

Dear Practo user, Ideal case 0.8/ kg body weight is the required protein for a healthy person. If u go to gym or involve in any physical activity, u requirements vary as per activity. Taking protein alone won't lose ur fat and improve your muscles .You need to give importance to over all calorie u r taking, meal timing ur following, amount of water I r consuming, quantity of fiber u r taking etc etc.. You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.
