My prostate gland has enlarged to 45mm.also residual void of urine . My BP is 142/82. I am also diabetic but my sugar levels are under control .

Hello, prostatomegaly can be treated medically or surgically , medical treatment can only give temporary relief, its relaxses urethral spincter and inhibibits further growth of prostate , surgical removal of prostate is final choice of treatment but your BP should be under control. Consult surgeon .
