Prostate enlargement is very much common in this age. But penis redness is not a cause or symptom of it. You need to check out your sugar levels first and take consultation nearby on personal basis. Prostatomegally can be cured completely by AYURVEDA treatment but proper diagnosis and treatment is necessary.
