My father is diagnosed with prostate cancer. I have the biopsy, PET-CT scan reports.
Case of carcinoma prostate, Gleason`s score 5+4=9, serum PSA 22ng/ml (pre TURP PSA 77ng/ml).
Can you please help me with the medication to start with. What type of therapy is needed in this case. Can this be improved to reduce the cancer spread.
