Hello doctor, my dad is suffering from prostate cancer type 4. It has spread out to lungs and bones. We did surgery and removed his testicles. Before surgery his PSA level was 156 but now after surgery it has reduced to 1.38. How come such a drastic dip? Also doctor says no need for any treatments or medications. Asked us to do PSA test after 3 months. Is that fine or do we need to consult any oncologist?
