Prolonged fever for 1 month
I m getting fever from 28 th March. I went through blood test on 8th April. Got typhoid infection. After 15 days took medicines properly den again completing medication getting fever. Don't know what to do..went through all the blood test. All reports are normal. Typhi IgM negative but widal test is positive.

Need to complete blood picture. CBC and Urine routine.
Also blood cultures for your long duration of fever.
Take paracetamol tablet and lot of fluids.
Need detailed history to rule out other causes.

Good morning, As Typhoidot IgM is negative but Widal test is positive due to history of typhoid fever. It means that you have an old typhoid infection and it's not new infection that attacked you & can be reason for current fever although requires thorough evaluation and management.
