Prolonged anxiety,plz help
It started from 2021, I started to feel a bit less motivated and stuff, then in May 2021, I was watching TV and weirdly a switch turned off and I started to feel very anxious, now it's been 5 years and started to live with it, anxiety, feeling demotivated, hopeless, and maybe with depersonalisation, I got some medicines here and there and now I am under proper medication from April,but that depersonalisation and restlessness is still there,if I try meditation, I start to get snake dreams with very ancient snakes and shivlings I tell you I have been getting these dreams for 5 years, and for some reason I am really drawn towards past, and since July 2025 I got bdd as well regarding my face shape and it's more painful, it has to do with my personality as well , I am happy if I get attention and if not I start feeling sad, and I am very competitive, I have to change my personality and not care about physical beauty much ,plz help me I beg you, I am in so much pain!!🙏🙏😭
