Kindly stop the medication and start physiotherapy. Consult a physiotherapist for pain relieving measures.

When was the MRI done ? If you are not pain free by 60-70%, still having radiculopathy, then do not do any physiotherapy If the symptoms aren’t even improving after 4-6 weeks of medical management, better to opt for surgical intervention
