Prolapse of uterus
Is there any complication of uterine prolapse if it is left untreated , is it a must to remove it Kindly clarify

Uterus is in close contact with bladder and bowel So any organ if not in it's normal position will lead to complications You can have involuntary urine on coughing and sneezing.Difficulty in passing stools Also cervix can have ulcers because of exposure ( decubitus ulcer) Prolapse should not left untreated

If it's 3rd degree prolapse get repair as it may lead to problems

Depends on the grade. Grade 1,2 can be dealt with kegels exercises, grade 3.4 should be dealt with surgery. If you have further urinary or bowel symptoms, get it evaluated further

Wud be very uncomfortable Can lead to urinary problems n issue with bowel evacuation There may be decubitus ulcers at the prolapsed part
