Prolactin level is 122.8 and TSH is 7.25
H last period came on 19th jan 2022 and now I am actively planning my doc did pelvic scan internal one and says I ovulated yesterday from left ovary and my Fallopian tubes are luckily not blocked and not major concern there.Periods is late by 13 days. I am not understanding what my situation here . I did my pregnancy test few days back it was negative .
