We are planning a baby, my wife prolactin level is 31.5, and tsh is 6.86..actually it is quite high from the biological reference value. Is this normal. Please advise.

This is borderline high. We call it subclinical values. Generally we donor treat. But if you are taking infertility treatment and has no previous issue then we want all systems within normal range. So we treat this. Lab tests are only for confirming clinicians diagnosis.
