Your Prolactin level needs to be managed. An ESR of 32 mm is fine. Your fertility can only enhance after myomectomy. The other factor to be considered is that Fibroids grow very fast during pregnancy.
Over all it is a difficult situation and you have to take your decisions because every treatment has its pros and cons.

ESR is raised in infection
Nothing serious
