Can i know what ahould be given in food as which diet to be followed as my mother is slowly loosing her weight any suggestions

Hello it's better to avoid spicy food and if she is diabetic cut down sugars and carbohydrates...feed her with more of green leafy vegetables and fruits...juices and vegetables soup and ganji ask her to drink more of water...its better if she takes semisolid food consult dietitian for further evaluation and treatment I hope this helps.
