Hi Madhavi
Hypothyroid can be a tricky disease which is metabolic in nature and you need to be careful with which food to eat. While there is no specific diet that you can follow, but some nutrients can interfere with you medications if you take them. You have to avoid any food which is packaged and deep fried. You also need to avoid very salty products. However these are things you should avoid in general as well.
For your Asthma you need to maintain a good blood and oxygen flow in your body. You could have dark green leafy vegetables on a regular basis apart from the prescription drugs you might be taking.
Maintain low intensity workouts like yoga and meditation for help you as well.
Thanks
