I am recently diagnosed with Tinea infection in my Groin. And is on the medication prescribed by the doctor(Onabet Max cream, and I-Tyza capsule. Had to stop the capsule initially due to gastric issues). I am not able to make out if there is any improvement in the condition after 3 weeks of medication. The area of patch is increased but the skin is turning black and flat. Not sure how to look at it.

Hi
If redness and itching has decreased and is replaced by hyperpigmentation ,then it's improving. If redness has increased, there is no relief in itching and new rash is appearing or existing rash is increasing in size then it's not responding.
