I had done my IUI on 1st feb.. without taking any progesterone medicine, i checked my progesterone and it was 26.66 on dpo 5

As your IUI is done on 1st feb ,you should at least wait for next 14 - 15 days for confirmation of your pregnancy
No need to do progesterone it won’t give you any conclusion.
