I'm a PhD student. I lack motivation to write my research paper. I don't feel it important and don't really have any committment toward my research life. I don't get focus even for an hour. I have lot of insecurities and anxities bothering me. How do I tackle this problem?

I am curious to know if your PhD was a choice you made that is not agreeing with you now, or was there some pressure or external reason?
