Problems in weight loss
Hi mam I have been struggling to loose weight from the past three months. I have done all the possible things. I regularly exercise,not eating junk food. I am eating a lot of salad. I am also done with all the tests like thyroid and insulin. The reports are normal. After working out for 2 hrs daily and taking a proper diet, my weight has not decreased even by a kilo. please suggest.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you
