Problems after accident
Sir,
My father was heavily drunk and was driving motorcycle.Last night he striked his motorcycle to the road divider.
He got some injuries in left side of body.He is in complete consiousness, remembering everything and is able to talk properly.
Somebody took him to the hospital, he was sent home from there after normal dressing.
Now today after being sober, he is feeling some dizziness.And little pain in left side of head.dizziness is not felt every time.
Should we do Ct scan or it is normal after mild head injury.
Should we give him antibiotics and pain relievers.

Yes get a CT scan done to rule out internal injuries. Antibiotics are needed if there was an open wound. Pain killers will help him
Next Steps
CT scan followed by opinion from specialist if needed & some routine pain killers. Ibupara can be given twice a day.
