Rather taking 2 large meals, go for frequent small meals. I mean snacks. This will help u consume less calories and ease your body to have maximum amount of nutrients from food you eat. That will fail in the case of taking large meals. Keep your diet anti-oxidant rich i.e. have more of fruits and vegetables. Avoid oily snacks, make your diet calorie dense but high in protein and fiber. Any queries or suggestion, or if want to have appointment for dietary and lifestyle advice. Message me personally.

Hi Weight gain happens either due to addition of extra calories or due to failure to spend calories consumed...these extra calories deposited in our body as fat..for weight reduction you have to consume less calories and spend more...avoid junk foods, carbohydrates like rice etc, avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods, green tea, green leafy vegetables to your diet...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...consult nearest dietitian they will do the needful.
