Problem regarding anxiety
Hi . Since past few months i get anxious randomly for no reason. It's like i lose control. It's there for few seconds but then it fades away. But it's hampering my daily chores. I got my thyroid tests done and it was normal. It mostly comes when I'm driving scooter.

Here are a few strategies that you may find helpful: Practice relaxation techniques: Techniques such as deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and mindfulness meditation can help calm the body and mind. Exercise regularly: Regular physical activity can help reduce anxiety and improve your mood. Get enough sleep: A lack of sleep can make anxiety worse, so it's important to get enough rest. Eat a healthy diet: A diet that is high in nutrients and low in sugar and caffeine can help support good mental health. Limit alcohol and caffeine: These substances can make anxiety worse and should be consumed in moderation. Talk to someone: Sharing your concerns with a trusted friend or loved one, or seeking support from a mental health professional, can be very helpful. Try to adopt a more positive outlook: Changing the way you think about things can be very helpful in reducing anxiety. For example, try to focus on the present moment and challenge negative thoughts. It's important to remember that it's normal to feel anxious from time to time, but if you are struggling with persistent and overwhelming anxiety, it's important to seek help from a mental health professional.

Feeling anxious without any clear reason can be frustrating and overwhelming. This experience is commonly known as "free-floating anxiety" or "generalized anxiety disorder." Here are a few things you can do to help manage your anxiety: Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, and yoga can help you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings without judgment. This can help you reduce anxiety symptoms. Engage in physical activity: Regular exercise can help you reduce stress and anxiety by releasing endorphins, which are natural mood-boosters. Avoid caffeine and other stimulants: Stimulants like caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol can increase feelings of anxiety. It is best to avoid or limit your intake of these substances. Get enough sleep: Lack of sleep can make anxiety worse, so try to get enough sleep each night. Develop a consistent sleep routine and avoid screen time before bedtime. Seek professional help: If your anxiety is interfering with your daily life or causing significant distress, consider talking to a mental health professional. They can help you develop coping strategies and provide additional support. Remember, it is okay to seek help if you are struggling with anxiety. You do not have to go through this alone.
