Evidence of two well defined hypoechoic SOLS noted one in the posterior wall of cervix measuring 2.4x1.75 CMS and the other at the upper end of cervix measuring 7.5x5.7 CMS, not showing any significant vascularity - suggestive of cervical fibroids

Hi, these r cervical fibroids as per ultrasound. Do ultrasound transvaginal or mri for it. As one is big fibroid so it may give you compression symptoms like retainsion of urine or constipation. You r already postmenopausal so you can go for  hysterectomy .

Yes you have cervical fibroids one of which is big, so removing the uterus ( hysterectomy) will be a better option but then your history and clinical examination is important in arriving at conclusion for your treatment.I have suggested treatment based only on your ultrasound findings
