I want to study hard but I soon loose all the energy & loose interest very easily. I'm unable to concentrate. I touch my mobile phone again & again. If I'm not touching it then I'll start thinking about something like future or sometimes about sex. I frequently feel the urge of having sex. I masterbate 4-5 Days/week. I want to concentrate on my studies but I don't know when my mind starts think other things.
My self controling power is so week that now I'm unable to control my actions even in small things.
Sometimes I feel I have nothing, I can do nothing, I have no special talent, I'm not a good student too. I know I can understand & learn even complex things very easily & fast but I'm unable to retain all those information which I feel is the biggest flaw. I'm preparing for UPSC & It's my childhood dream. I really want to crack this exam but due to all of these problems I fail to follow my routine too.
Please help me so that I can work hard & fullfil my dream & regain my confidence.

If you are really thinking about cracking the UPSC exam which is your childhood dream, you need to do the following things :
1) start locking your phone up when you have to study after telling someone you are going to study and do not want to be disturbed during those hours.
2) sit up in a table and chair which is Dedicated to your study
3) look up at role models who you are wanting to learn from in your free time.
4) keep your portions nearby and set a timetable and timeline so that you can have time to revise too
5) avoid porn in all forms, especially to focus on the exams ( this will help you to save energy for studying and stop you from feeling incapable unnecessarily)
I assure you that you will feel much better when you do all the above mentioned.
